Checkpoint work: commit, push, update the PR, wait for CI, return the preview, record session facts. Never implements or merges.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# /save `/save` authorizes branch creation, record upkeep, spec reconciliation, commit, push, PR updates and CI fixes; [ask](../explore/references/asking-the-user.md) for anything else. Never force push, bypass hooks, amend merged commits or merge: `/ship` owns archive/merge, and [the gate](../../../wiki/development/the-change-loop.md#the-gate) is never a local check. `/save [note]`: a [Status value](../../../wiki/development/the-change-loop.md#the-change-is-a-living-handoff-not-just-a-plan) sets Status; other notes seed the Decision log. Cold-resume context belongs in pushed files with repo-relative paths: another computer reads it. ## 1. Protect credentials and select the route **Keep every credential supplied, rotated, read or written this session out of** tracked files, changes, facts, messages, PR text and reports. Values stay in working memory and their intended ignored live file; record only names and sources. How to install
mdr add matthewwong525/wongstack/save@sha256:fa9a5437fa74eea4The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.54d61be, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
