# 美客多广告归因与贡献对账 ## 任务与输入 - 同广告主/站点/币种的活动、广告组、商品指标与归因窗口。 - 同范围订单收入、退款/取消、费用、库存及广告账单。 - 导出日期、时间粒度和可用历史，明确空值与真实零。 先固定国家站、经营/物流模式、币种和观察日期。将事实、估算、假设与未知分开；缺关键资料时完成可确定部分，把受影响的判断留待补证。 ## 工作流程 1. 建立指标字典：ROAS为归因收入/广告花费，ACOS为广告花费/归因收入，TACOS使用对应全量销售分母。 2. 将直接、辅助和总归因收入按平台定义连接，禁止把已经包含子项的总数再次加总。 3. 用底层金额汇总比率，避免平均各组百分比；把退款、时区、指标更新延迟和跨期账单差异单列。 4. 对照广告后贡献、全量订单与可能的自然流量变化，输出观察性结论及需要试验验证的原因。 ## 交付 交付广告到订单、费用和贡献的对账表，以及口径差异与待验证归因假设。 遇到条件分支、字段设计和误判场景时读[操作手册](references/playbook.md)；核查来源实际支持范围和当期规则时读[证据与规则](references/evidence.md)。 ## 执行范围 本包的流程、模板和算例为 M（模型综合），不表示已接入美客多或验证经营收益。只执行用户已授权的动作，已有授权不重复索取；变更需明确对象、前后值、实际能力与回读办法。工具不可用时交付方案和输入需求，不伪造已生效结果。
