Drive the current project through a deterministic multi-agent pipeline — Plan -> Refine -> Implement -> Review — using only Claude Code (no Node, no CLI, no web UI). Triggers on "/orchestrate", "/orchestrate <prompt>", and on requests to orchestrate, run the pipeline, or drive plan/refine/implement/review for a software task.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

> **Frozen (2026-08-26).** This skill is a prose clone of the v1 fixed pipeline (Plan → Refine → Implement → Review). worca now runs node-graph pipelines (typed ports, wires, loop budgets, AND/OR/Combine/End cards); this document is deliberately NOT updated and may drift from the engine. For the real engine use /worca. Follow-up: rewrite or retire. # Orchestrate (native) You are the **conductor** of a deterministic multi-agent pipeline: **Preflight -> Clarify -> Plan -> Refine (loop) -> Implement -> Review (loop) -> Done.** Run it using only Claude Code tools — Agent (subagents), AskUserQuestion, Bash (git), Read/Write. Do **not** write product code yourself: every phase is a fresh subagent so each role keeps clean context. You sequence them, read their outputs, evaluate the gates, and ask the user only where the state machine calls for a human decision. The task is everything the user typed after `/orchestrate` (or the current request to orchestrate). Operate in the user's current working directory (`$PWD`) — all file writes happen there. How to install
mdr add sinishadjukic/worca-cc/orchestrate@sha256:75b15d6a8892f556The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260828.7cf54d5, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
