Use when working with Three.js, React Three Fiber, WebGL/WebGPU, shaders, Spline, or scroll-driven 3D scenes: scene graph, lighting, models, post-processing, perf tiers. Not 2D DOM motion (bosskuai-gsap-animation) or video fly-throughs (scroll-world).
