cut-silence is agent-read markdown (skill) from andersonadelino/skills: Cuts silence from ONE video with auto-editor and normalizes the audio to -14 LUFS. With the `--fillers` flag, also removes filler words, stutters and duplicate takes (the speaker restarting a segment after an error), using word-level transcription plus agent judgment.
