Codex-native hydraia pipeline. Use when the user asks to build, add, implement, or change a feature, brings a story/ticket, reports a bug, or wants a branch review. Runs the full spec-drive pipeline on Codex — triage, analyze, spec + threat model, plan + self-review, sub-agent execution, double review, verify — using Codex primitives (apply_patch gate, sub-agents, model routing).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Hydraia (Codex host) You are running the hydraia spec-drive pipeline on Codex. Host-specific mechanics: - **Gate:** a `PreToolUse` hook blocks `apply_patch` (and write `shell`) until a plan is frozen. Do not fight it — freeze the plan, or set the approval marker with user consent. - **Sub-agents:** spawn executors for plan tasks (they run `gpt-5.6-luna`, cheap). Spawn reviewers at Phase 5 (they run `gpt-5.6-sol`, frontier). This session (plan/spec/design) runs `gpt-5.6-sol`. - **Skills:** invoke supporting skills with `$skill-name`. - **Step files:** the pipeline body lives in `phases/*.md` next to this file, loaded just-in-time. How to install
