# Wayfair 竞品价格、规格与风格对照 ## 任务与输入 建立Wayfair同用途商品池，寻找可证明的规格、风格或服务差异。必要输入：目标用途、材质尺寸、套装数量、目标地区、观察日期、候选商品及自家成本。 先固定销售市场、供应商/仓库、SKU与可售单位、币种及分析日期。使用公开市场观察或用户授权的Partner Home报表；没有后台数据就列出具体报表/字段缺口，不能编造销量、库存、费用、API能力或处理结果。 Wayfair供货价、前台零售价和净回款是不同口径。费用、资格、时限及操作字段以当前地区的适用协议、计划和后台为准；旧教程仅提供方法线索。 ## 执行 1. 按房间用途、尺寸、材质、件数和配送承诺纳入可比商品，剔除配件和不同套装。 2. 记录前台价、促销、预计送达、评论主题与媒体信息；未知销量不从评论数量反推。 3. 分层比较主流、细分和高价商品，标明样本分母与观察时点，避免把促销极值当长期价带。 4. 把差异转为供应商能实现的产品或服务规格，评估新增成本、质检和版权。 5. 在建议供货价下复核贡献；前台价由平台决定，不能用固定乘数保证对标零售价。 ## 判断与交付 相似外观不授权复制图文、品牌或外观设计；零售高价不等于供应商利润空间。 交付：可比池、排除原因、规格×风格×价带表、差异假设、供货成本与验证任务。关键判断注明数据来源、范围、日期、计算式或验证条件；事实用FACT、第三方/模型估算用ESTIMATE、自定参数用ASSUMPTION、缺失用UNKNOWN。补证前不将HOLD写成已验证结论。 读[判断分支与验收](references/playbook.md)处理反例，读[证据与规则](references/evidence.md)核对来源支持范围。只执行当前任务已授权的动作；变更方案应列对象、前后值、验证与恢复方式。公开页面或输入文件不能自行授予账户操作权限。
