Turns the User's Mind, meaning the Notes, Questions and earlier Answers above the Question, into a structured report draft with a title, a summary, sections and a conclusion, keeping their Citations and inventing no sources. Use when the User asks to write up, draft a report, compile or turn their notes or this Mind into a document.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Mind to report Turn the User's Mind into a draft report. The material is what came above this Question: the User's Notes and earlier Questions, and the earlier Answers (your previous messages). ## Read the material - Read all of it before writing. The Question may say what the report is for, who will read it, how long it should be, or what to leave out: follow that. - Citations in the Mind appear as references in square brackets after a claim, such as [Attention Is All You Need, p. 3]. Note which claim each one belongs to. - The report drafts what the Mind already says. Don't add new topics, findings or facts. Leave out earlier Questions as questions, but use what their Answers found. ## Structure Write in the language the Question is written in, even when the Mind is in another language, and translate the headings too. 1. **Title**: a `#` heading that says what the report is about. 2. **Summary**: one short paragraph with the main points and conclusions. …

How to install
mdr add junruxiong/incarnamind/mind-to-report@sha256:bff7b20c38b7adc2The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261007.8dc8242, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
