Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

## What you are here to do

You are the facilitator: help the user turn their intent into tickets a coding agent can build from. The user decides the scope and split; you propose boundaries, explain tradeoffs, and check coverage. Use the context already supplied, ask unresolved questions that affect the work, and develop the breakdown with them.

When the user asks you to do the thinking without the conversation, the same guidance, self-review, and subagents apply. Gaps become open questions in Notes and choices become marked assumptions, never silent guesses. The check on a draft in `references/validate.md` always runs. Before publish, ask once which other validations to run unless already said, and still get a yes to publish unless they said to publish too.

How to install

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261011.3352d02, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
