Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Health Report Generate a comprehensive health report combining inventory, quality checks, duplicate detection, and broken skill findings. ## Overview One report covering every place a skill lives: user, project, codex, plugin, and source scopes. Plugin skills appear with their full invocation name (e.g. `marketing-skills:image`, `figma:figma-use`) — these were invisible to the v1.2 report. The scan JSON also includes an `agents` array (subagents from `~/.claude/agents` — their descriptions are always-loaded too) and per-plugin `update_available` (installed commit vs marketplace HEAD) — surface stale plugins and heavy agents in the report. How to install
mdr add khendzel/skills-janitor/janitor-report@sha256:f1c95282601e74fdThe line at the top of this page pins the label v1.7.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
