End-to-end PR workflow for opencode-swarm. Covers branch setup, conventional commits, mandatory release notes, 5-tier CI checks, and PR submission format. Load this skill before creating branches, commits, or pull requests.

Branch Setup ```bash git checkout main && git pull origin main git checkout -b <type>/<short-description> bun install --frozen-lockfile ``` Branch naming: `<type>/<short-description>` (e.g. `feat/add-retry-backoff`, `fix/plan-sync-race`). ## 2. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
