# Project: YouTube Transcriber Next.js 15 app — local YouTube transcription via Whisper + yt-dlp. Runs at `localhost:19720`. ## Visual rules Before generating any UI, components, or CSS, read `docs/VISUAL-RULES.md`. Edge tokens replace 1px borders (`shadow-[var(--edge)]` not `border`); hover via translucent overlay, not color swap.
