# 美客多促销资格与净回款评审 ## 任务与输入 - 站点、子卖家身份、当前pricing_model和实际可见活动类型。 - 原价、活动价、卖家/平台承担额、佣金、运费和净回款报价。 - 活动/报名期限、库存、广告联动、最小贡献和退出能力。 先固定国家站、经营/物流模式、币种和观察日期。将事实、估算、假设与未知分开；缺关键资料时完成可确定部分，把受影响的判断留待补证。 ## 工作流程 1. 先读取子卖家定价模型、活动类型和可用动作，区分当前开放、灰度及官方标为Coming soon的能力。 2. 核买家成交价、卖家实际承担和预计净回款，拆清平台补贴；净回款已扣的费用不能二次扣减。 3. 按活动叠加、广告和尾货情景评估贡献及库存承受力，核真实价格历史与资格。 4. 生成参加或不参加方案；执行后查活动状态、买家端价格和实际账单，API不能管理的CBT自动活动转到授权网页流程。 ## 交付 交付活动资格、资金承担与净回款表，以及有利润约束的参与方案。 遇到条件分支、字段设计和误判场景时读[操作手册](references/playbook.md)；核查来源实际支持范围和当期规则时读[证据与规则](references/evidence.md)。 ## 执行范围 本包的流程、模板和算例为 M（模型综合），不表示已接入美客多或验证经营收益。只执行用户已授权的动作，已有授权不重复索取；变更需明确对象、前后值、实际能力与回读办法。工具不可用时交付方案和输入需求，不伪造已生效结果。 ## 当期规则与专项验收 处理多件价、B2B数量折扣或10月迁移时，读 [B2B多件价迁移前核验](references/policy-20261016.md)，按该分支补齐输入、判断与回读证据。
