# 美客多供应报价与样品验证 ## 任务与输入 - 目标国家与拟售商品规格、配件、品牌/素材使用依据。 - 供应商报价的币种、数量梯度、交期、包装、贸易条件和有效期。 - 样品检查结果、缺陷记录、补货周期与可承受首批金额。 先固定国家站、经营/物流模式、币种和观察日期。将事实、估算、假设与未知分开；缺关键资料时完成可确定部分，把受影响的判断留待补证。 ## 工作流程 1. 把报价拆到同一销售单元，列清包数、型号、材料、配件和标签；不把最低裸价直接当可售成本。 2. 核实MOQ、交期、付款节点和质量责任，把含运/不含运、税费和包装要求分别说明。 3. 以实际买家任务检查样品，验证说明、尺寸、耐用性或兼容性；将关键声称与测试依据逐项连接。 4. 结合国家准入、素材/品牌权利与Full包装需要形成首批验收条件；缺关键证据先做样品或补证。 ## 交付 交付同规格比价、样品缺陷与接受标准、采购前尚需满足的条件。 遇到条件分支、字段设计和误判场景时读[操作手册](references/playbook.md)；核查来源实际支持范围和当期规则时读[证据与规则](references/evidence.md)。 ## 执行范围 本包的流程、模板和算例为 M（模型综合），不表示已接入美客多或验证经营收益。只执行用户已授权的动作，已有授权不重复索取；变更需明确对象、前后值、实际能力与回读办法。工具不可用时交付方案和输入需求，不伪造已生效结果。
