monozukuri-core from kuya-egg/monozukuri is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.

The one Monozukuri command: routes the task, runs the greenfield blueprint when needed, drives the focused skills smallest-first through checkpoints, and delegates to the host's native subagents where it pays off — inspect reality, change small, verify with evidence, leave software maintainable. Use for greenfield builds, features, refactors, debugging, reviews, migrations, tests, and releases. Skip trivial edits and throwaway scripts.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Monozukuri Monozukuri is a Japanese-inspired engineering discipline for making software worth maintaining. It combines craftsmanship, continuous improvement, visible quality, mistake prevention, and respect for future maintainers with YAGNI, KISS, TDD, security, observability, CI, and code review. It is not a claim that all Japanese engineers work the same way. These terms are practical metaphors, translated into behaviors. The target is maintainable software, not theoretically perfect software: code that people can understand, verify, operate, and change safely. ## One entry point This skill is the only one the user needs to invoke. When it runs, it drives the whole suite itself — the user never has to call the router, the blueprint, or a focused skill by name. 1. **Route.** Run `monozukuri-router` (invoke it if installed, otherwise apply its procedure inline from `references/`). It fixes mode, task type, risk, the skill sequence, execution mode per step, checkpoints, and the Definition of Done. For a low-risk task it returns the fast-path; take it and stop inflating. 2. **Blueprint if greenfield.** When the router classifies the task as …

How to install
mdr add kuya-egg/monozukuri/monozukuri-core@sha256:77713a4d89a10020The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260928.fe2f1d7, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
