日报成稿 is agent-read markdown (skill) from yishu5/claude-skills: 把会议转写稿、会议笔记、聊天记录或零散工作事项整理成用户本人的固定格式日报（X月X日工作总结 / ✅已完成 / 🚶进行中 / 明日计划）。适用于：下班前写日报、从会议记录中提取个人日报、把零散事项汇总成今日工作总结、用户说'帮我写日报/提取我的日报/整理日报'时使用。核心原则：✅只给明确完成并有结果的事，进行中或状态不清统一用🚶，不把明日计划写成完成，没有依据不写，缺关键信息一次只问一个问题，输出先经用户核对。.
