This skill should be used when the user asks to "hide this session", "make this private", "hide session", "owner only", "make private", "hide from others", "set private", "don't show this session", or wants to change the current session visibility to owner-only. Sets session visibility so only the owner can see it.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. What the file says
# Session Hide Hide the current session so only you (the owner) can see it. ## Usage Run this command in the terminal: ```bash kcap hide ``` This sets the session visibility to "none" (owner-only). Other users will no longer see this session in the kcap dashboard. ## Requirements - `kcap hide` resolves the current session id from the environment when the host agent CLI exposes one. If no session id is available, pass it explicitly: `kcap hide <sessionId>`. - The kcap CLI must be on PATH ## Notes - This is reversible — visibility can be changed back via the kcap dashboard - The session data remains on the server, just hidden from other users - Unlike `kcap disable`, recording continues normally

How to install
mdr add kurrent-io/kcap-cli/hide@sha256:59ecf763cfc8f029The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261020.c6e5247, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
