# Uzys-agent-harness
전역 `~/.claude/CLAUDE.md` 의 **6원칙이 기준선**이다 — 여기 복제하지 않는다(같은 사실을 두 곳에
두면 한쪽이 썩는다). 이 파일은 그 위에 얹는 **이 리포 고유분**만 담는다.
## 대원칙 — 만든 레인은 자기 산출물을 판정하지 않는다
6원칙 중 **원칙 4 의 위임 리뷰**를 이 리포의 레인 구성으로 구체화한다 — 누가 만들고 누가
판정하는가. 설계는 무엇이 완료인지 정하고, 착수 전에 **작성자가 아닌 레인**이 그
기획서·SPEC·계획을 읽는다. 완료 기준을 실행 가능한 형태로 만든 테스트는 **누가 쓰든 리뷰어가 검증한다**
(사용자 확정 2026-07-26 — 작성 분리는 기각, 분리 요구는 리뷰에 건다). **구현**은 원칙 6 대로 시간·
품질 이득이 조정 비용을 넘을 때 `implementer` 에이전트에 위임하고(없으면 범용 서브에이전트에 같은
계약으로), 위임하지 않은 구현도 **머지 전 독립 검증이 걸리는 변경이면**(문턱 = `test-policy` §시점별 검증) 검증 레인은 가른다. **검증**은 코드를 쓰지 않은 레인이 구현 보고를
읽는 대신 직접 다시 돌려 증거를 얻는다. 구현 중 드러난 경계 때문에 구현자가 테스트를 추가할 때는 검증 레인이 음성
대조로 그것이 무는지 증명한다 — 초록불이 무는지부터 확인한다(원칙 5 가 소유 · 구 룰 정리 = ADR-060).
판정이 갈리거나 **확신이 없을 때**는 **틀렸을 때의 비용**으로 가른다. `change-management` 의
**Major CR**(AC 의 Pass/Fail · 다른 Phase 의 입출력 · Non-Goals 경계 · DO NOT CHANGE) · 보안 경계 ·
공유 상태를 건드리는 결정이면 독립 리뷰어들의 **적대적 다면 리뷰**로 결론을 낸다. 그 밖에는 증거가
더 좋은 쪽을 골라 넘어간다 — **사소한 것에 패널을 돌리면 비용이 판단의 가치를 넘는다.**
("npm 게시 여부"는 이 리포에서 **상수**라 판별자로 쓰지 않는다 — 산출물이 전량 배송 계약이다.)
