Improve agent instructions and skills for autonomous, productive delivery with verifiable quality. Resolve needless questions, repeated checks, conflicting decisions, missing actionable context, and low-value procedures; adapt guidance to demonstrated model and tool capabilities. Also fill or refresh AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md project context from repository evidence. Use for harness review, cleanup, rule conflicts, or context scaffolding, not ordinary feature implementation.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Audit Harness Fit Help agents deliver accepted user outcomes with proportionate time, cost, and human effort. Make success criteria, constraints, evidence, and useful resources clear; leave valid implementation, investigation, verification, and delegation choices to the agent. Judge guidance by its contribution to delivery and quality. Useful improvements may remove friction, supply missing context, or enable a better execution path. Prompt length, check counts, and conformity to a preferred method are secondary. General procedures are adaptable defaults; an exact method or sequence remains binding when required by an applicable contract or project policy. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
