observer is agent-read markdown (skill) from ai-daming/clickvibe: Protocol Observer for ClickVibe engineering loops. This is NOT the per-workflow Runtime Observer: it audits repeated system-level failures across tasks and patches docs/skills/gates/prompts through the normal architecture workflow. It may use one stuck loop as evidence, but does not review or fix that task's business code. Invoke when the same protocol weakness recurs across tasks, when Runtime Observer produces repeated protocolCandidate evidence, or when asked to change the engineering method .
