Run the canvas-workspace performance evaluation, publish the latest static dashboard through the local nginx/Cloudflare Tunnel route, capture a screenshot, and summarize the report. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Perf Report Skill
Drive one round of the canvas-workspace performance evaluation and deliver the
result three ways: a structured summary, a deployed static dashboard, and PNG
screenshots that remote-server can send back to Feishu.
The pipeline is fully deterministic (no LLM at report time). Stable definitions
live in `apps/canvas-workspace/perf/program.md` + `perf/metrics.json`; all target,
warning, and Gate numbers live only in `perf/baselines.json → policies`.
## Invocation Boundary
Use this skill only when the user explicitly asks for performance evaluation or
dashboard publication, when a change affects performance-sensitive paths, or
when release evidence requires the full report. Do not run it as routine local
acceptance for ordinary Canvas changes: use the repository harness at `quick`
during iteration and `standard` when the change is functionally complete.

How to install
mdr add hua-bang/pulse-agent/perf-report@sha256:49cf24d945e64d90The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260712.f866026, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
