# consolidate-memory — project conventions **v0.4.79.** A **Claude Code plugin**: **cross-project, verification-first memory** for agents — the layer beyond Claude Code's built-in Auto Dream (per-project consolidation), adding a governed cross-project store + verification against the live code.
