Create and manage GitHub pull requests. Supports both jujutsu (jj) and git version control. Use when submitting PRs, checking PR status, fixing review feedback, or merging PRs. Triggers on "submit pr", "create pr", "check pr", "fix review", "pr status", "merge pr".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# GitHub PR Workflow ## Detect VCS First, determine which version control system is in use: ```bash if [ -d ".jj" ]; then echo "jujutsu" else echo "git" fi ``` - **If `.jj` exists**: Read [references/jujutsu.md](references/jujutsu.md) for VCS-specific commands - **Otherwise**: Read [references/git.md](references/git.md) for VCS-specific commands ## Pre-flight Checks The verification workflow must have passed before opening a PR. If using the issue-lifecycle skill, verification is already enforced — the `link_pr` method requires a passing attestation. If working outside the issue lifecycle (e.g. a quick fix), run the verification workflows (`verify-build`, `verify-reviews`, `verify-skills`) before submitting. See `agent-constraints/verification-conventions.md` for the commands. Do not run lint/test/fmt manually as a pre-PR gate — the verification workflow covers all checks. ## Create PR After pushing changes (see VCS reference), create the PR: ```bash gh pr create --head <branch-or-bookmark> --base main --title "Title here" --body "$(cat <<'EOF' ## Summary Brief description of changes. ## Test Plan - How the changes were tested EOF )" ``` …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
