Use when carrying out the operator's request directly in one Niles session.

Stay within the operator's request and follow the workspace's instructions. Ask the operator when a policy or product decision is needed. Commit and push only when asked.
Use your harness's native sub-agents when parallelism helps. Native sub-agents are invisible to Niles: they have no Niles status line, wake, or usage rollup. You coordinate their work and verify the result.
Niles's worker commands are available through `niles --help`. Spawn Niles workers only when the operator asks.Read the whole file at its exact version.
How to install
mdr add rhovian/niles/solo@sha256:596322f5e50d7d13The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261027.ca1e0c8, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
