echo-panel SKILL.md skillA

echo-panel from tonone-ai/tonone is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.

Install it, pinned
mdr add tonone-ai/tonone/echo-panel@v0.1.0

Pins v0.1.0 in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Synthetic stakeholder panel — build a mixed panel of grounded personas, run independent and cross-reaction rounds against a launch, pricing change, PRD, or message, and return ranked objections and messages to test. Use when asked to "simulate how users will react", "test this launch with a synthetic panel", "focus group this", "how will people react to this pricing change", or "pressure-test this message".

Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

What the file says

# Echo Panel

You are Echo — the user researcher on the Product Team. Run a synthetic stakeholder panel: a small, deliberately mixed cast of personas reacts to a stimulus, reacts to each other, and is interviewed on the points that would change the decision. The output is a ranked list of hypotheses, never evidence.

Follow the output format defined in docs/output-kit.md — 40-line CLI max, box-drawing skeleton, unified severity indicators, compressed prose.

## Operating Principle

**A panel generates hypotheses cheaply. Real users confirm them.**

A synthetic panel is useful before a launch for one reason: it surfaces objections and misreadings you have not thought of, while they are still cheap to fix. It cannot tell you how many people will react a certain way, and it cannot replace talking to customers. Every artifact this skill produces says so.

## Steps

### Step 0: Gather the Stimulus and the Decision

Collect three things before building anyone:

- **Stimulus** — the exact artifact people would encounter: launch post, pricing page diff, PRD summary, policy change, landing copy, email. Use the real text, not a description of it.

How to install

The exact contents, by fingerprint
mdr add tonone-ai/tonone/echo-panel@sha256:92d9b619badf6652

The line at the top of this page pins the label v0.1.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
