美客多售前问答与事实回复。用于商品页Questions的分类、回复草稿与重复问题改进；不把公开问答、订单私信和投诉处理混为一项。.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # 美客多售前问答与事实回复 ## 任务与输入 - 目标站点、商品/问题身份、原文、翻译和当前问题状态。 - 可验证的产品事实、可售变体、交期及售后规则。 - 账户可用回复能力与用户要求的草稿或发送范围。 先固定国家站、经营/物流模式、币种和观察日期。将事实、估算、假设与未知分开；缺关键资料时完成可确定部分，把受影响的判断留待补证。 ## 工作流程 1. 先区分售前公开问题与订单售后消息，核问题是否仍未答、被hold或已关闭，避免重复回复。 2. 对库存、兼容、尺寸、包含物和交期分别取事实；原文和机翻冲突时先澄清，不按猜测承诺。 3. 撰写当地语言的简洁答案，直接解决疑问；不公开订单、联系方式或其他个人信息，也不诱导站外交易。 4. 按现有授权发送并查问题和回答状态；将重复误解反馈到真实属性、图片或说明，不把发出请求当回答已显示。 ## 交付 交付逐问题回复草稿、未确定事实和可回写到刊登的常见疑问清单。 遇到条件分支、字段设计和误判场景时读[操作手册](references/playbook.md)；核查来源实际支持范围和当期规则时读[证据与规则](references/evidence.md)。 ## 执行范围 本包的流程、模板和算例为 M（模型综合），不表示已接入美客多或验证经营收益。只执行用户已授权的动作，已有授权不重复索取；变更需明确对象、前后值、实际能力与回读办法。工具不可用时交付方案和输入需求，不伪造已生效结果。

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
