synthesis-decision-packet is agent-read markdown (skill) from synthesisengineering/synthesis-skills: Collect many parallel decisions from a principal in one sitting instead of one per turn. Generates a self-contained HTML packet — one row per decision carrying the item, the agent's recommendation, the reasoning, and a link — with buttons labeled by what pressing them does, the consequence under each button, a per-row note box, local persistence, and a paste-able summary the principal returns in a single message; files the spec, the page, and the returned rulings in the owning project's resource.
Indexed from public GitHub and served as immutable, content-addressed versions. Install it pinned to an exact SHA-256 with the mdr CLI, and every file is verified against the hash recorded here before it reaches your agent. The deterministic audit below grades the latest version, and the same file always earns the same grade.
