Escribe un postmortem de incidente estructurado o revisión post-incidente. Úsalo cuando se te pida escribir un postmortem, reporte de incidente, revisión P1/P2, reporte de apagón o RCA (análisis de causa raíz). Produce un postmortem sin culpables con cronología, causa raíz, factores contribuyentes, resumen de impacto e ítems de acción.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Skill de Postmortem de Incidente Este skill produce un documento completo de postmortem de incidente que sigue el formato estándar de la industria.
