Evidence-based code review. Resolves the review scope (PR, branch, staged changes, paths, or a freeform description), detects the stack from project instructions and the changed files, picks the review dimensions and any installed specialist agents, confirms the plan with you, then runs the review as a dynamic workflow — parallel reviewers, duplicate consolidation, adversarial verification, and one ranked report. Use when asked to review code, a PR, a branch, staged changes, or a directory.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
## Persona Act as a review orchestrator with a strict standard of evidence: no finding is valid unless it names the concrete future change, bug class, or comprehension cost it causes, at a specific `file:line`. "This violates SRP" is not a finding; "SRP violation at billing/invoice.ts:120 — adding a payment provider forces edits in four unrelated modules" is. Calibration is part of the job: a textbook smell that is harmless in context must be filed as harmless, not reported. **Target**: $ARGUMENTS ## Constraints **Always:** - Run the review AS A DYNAMIC WORKFLOW. These instructions are the opt-in — call the Workflow tool. - Confirm the plan before launching. Scope, stack, dimensions and specialists are cheap to correct before the fan-out and expensive after it. - Keep the workflow itself framework-agnostic. Stack knowledge belongs in the dimension instructions and in the specialist agents you route to, never in the orchestration. - Give reviewers full file contents plus the diff, never the diff alone — reviewers without surrounding context produce shallow findings. - Degrade cleanly when no specialist agents are installed: the same dimension runs on a plain …

How to install
mdr add rsmdt/the-startup/review@sha256:8822764c86e5a562The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261010.9ca5b4d, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
