Create a GitHub pull request with a structured description linked to its issue, with acceptance criteria coverage, the design decisions the PR implements, and reviewer assignment. Embeds visual proof that was captured beforehand by /validate-implementation (single asset, or a before/after pair for bug fixes) by reading the proof manifest; create-pr is a consumer and does not capture recordings itself. If no proof was captured, it omits the Visual proof section and suggests running…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Create Pull Request Opens a GitHub pull request for the current branch with a structured description that maps implementation changes to acceptance criteria, links the originating issue, and requests reviewers. Whether the PR is created on GitHub (and visual-proof assets uploaded, reviewers assigned) is decided by `should-post-to-github` (based on `~/.sdlc/config.yaml`); when posting is disabled it drafts the description and shows it for review instead. It is a pure consumer of visual proof: it reads the manifest written by [`/validate-implementation`](../validate-implementation/SKILL.md) and embeds any captured asset inline so reviewers see proof the moment the PR opens. It does not capture recordings itself; recording happens at human-review time, before the PR exists. It also surfaces the design decisions the implementation made: recorded ADRs are pulled from `.sdlc/knowledge/decisions/`, and ad-hoc choices made while implementing are summarized, both in a Design decisions section (moved to a follow-up PR comment when the description would grow too large). …

How to install
mdr add tomzx/agents/create-pr@sha256:631c3cb915697f0aThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.2076882, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
