Stop hook that notices when one of our skills (j0ruge/skills marketplace or a git-tracked project skill) or one of our kits (sdd) did real work in the session and asks Claude for an evidence-backed retro: /retrofit-skill for a skill, a TODO.md finding for a kit. Headless sessions (sdd run phases) are queued outside the repo for a later retro. Triggers — skill retro, retrofit-watch, session lessons, skill pitfalls, sdd kit lessons, pending retros.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. Com ele, um **Stop hook** percebe que uma skill nossa trabalhou e pede ao Claude a retro dela ali mesmo, enquanto a evidência ainda está no contexto. Se houver lição, o Claude pergunta se roda o `/retrofit-skill:retrofit-skill <alvo>`, e basta um "sim". O hook não edita nada, não commita e não roda o retrofit. Ele só pede a retro. O retrofit continua exigindo a sua confirmação. ## Como o hook decide 1. **Detecta a skill.** Em cada Stop, lê só as linhas novas do transcript. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
