Pre-PR review with severity grading and tiered model routing. Detects TOCTOU races, accessibility gaps, hardcoded secrets, silent-blinding sensors (swallowed errors, negative verdicts, gates aimed at the wrong file), docs drift, and dead code via a whole-repo sweep. Report carries an Overall Grade table + Recommended Actions. Stack-agnostic, TypeScript/React defaults. Triggers — code review, pre-PR, secrets scan, accessibility audit, dead code, silent failure, code health.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

Defaults are `baseDir=src/`, `fileExtensions=ts,tsx`, `frameworkPatterns=react`, tests `**/*.{test,spec}.{ts,tsx}` and `**/test/**`, UI_LIB `src/components/ui/**`, `prisma/**`, `**/generated/**`, CONFIG `*.config.*`, `tsconfig*`, `.env*`, `package.json`.
## Goal
Perform a comprehensive, automated code review of all changes in the current branch compared to the base branch. Produce a structured Markdown report with severity-rated findings, test coverage assessment, and a final grade.
This skill is **stack-agnostic**. Defaults target TypeScript/React but all values are configurable.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
