文化審議会建議「公用文作成の考え方」(令和4年)に基づき、日本語の公的文書・社内文書の表記を校閲する。公用文、通知文、お知らせ文、漢字の開き、送り仮名、数字や符号の使い方のチェックに対応。創作・私的な文章の添削や翻訳は対象外。.

# koyobun-check 文化審議会の建議「公用文作成の考え方」(令和4年1月7日)を根拠に、日本語の公的文書・ビジネス文書の表記をチェックするスキル。ネットワーク不要の知識スキル。旧「公用文作成の要領」(昭和26年)はこの建議で見直され、理念を引き継ぎつつ現代の実態に合わせた基準に置き換わっている。 根拠となる一次資料(2026-09-13に到達確認): - 建議「公用文作成の考え方」(付)解説 PDF: https://www.bunka.go.jp/seisaku/bunkashingikai/kokugo/hokoku/pdf/93651301_01.pdf - 掲載ページ: https://www.bunka.go.jp/seisaku/bunkashingikai/kokugo/hokoku/93657201.html - 一覧ページ(報告・答申・建議等): https://www.bunka.go.jp/seisaku/bunkashingikai/kokugo/hokoku/ ## 校閲の進め方 1. **文書の分類を確認する**: 建議は公用文を「法令」「告示・通知等」「記録・公開資料等」「解説・広報等」の4つに分類する。告示・通知等は原則どおり厳密に、解説・広報等は読みやすさ優先で仮名書きや振り仮名の工夫が認められる。ユーザーに分類が分からなければ「誰向けの文書か」を聞いてから厳しさを決める。 2. 下のチェックリストを上から順に当てる。 3. 指摘は「根拠となる建議の箇所(例: Ⅰ-4ア)」と「修正例」をセットで示す。根拠を示せない好みの指摘はしない。 ## チェックリスト ### Ⅰ-1 漢字の使い方 - 常用漢字表の字種・音訓で書く。表外漢字・表外音訓は仮名書きなどに改める (例: 活かす→生かす、絆→きずな) - 字体は通用字体を使う (例: 「捗」ではなく「進捗」、「剥」ではなく「剝離」) - 固有名詞(地名・人名)は常用漢字表の適用対象外。本人・通用の表記を尊重し、必要に応じて振り仮名 - 補助的な語・形式名詞は仮名書き (例: 事→こと、時→とき、〜て下さい→〜てください) - 接続詞は原則仮名書き (例: 従って→したがって、但し→ただし、尚→なお。ただし「及び・又は・並びに・若しくは」は漢字のまま) ### Ⅰ-2 送り仮名 - 原則は「送り仮名の付け方」(昭和48年内閣告示)の本則どおり - 告示・通知等では、活用のない複合の名詞186語は送り仮名を省く (例: 取扱い、打合せ、届出、申込み、手続、問合せ) - 同じ漢字の動詞は本則どおり送る (例: 入れ替える、問い合わせる、申し合わせる) - 解説・広報等では学校教育の表記(省かない)でもよい (例: 売場→売り場、期限付→期限付き) …

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
