Use after a harvest adds prospects at status new, when a prospect's record changes with new inbound, or each morning before the reply batch, to score warmth, fit, sponsorship, recency and seat, set P0-P3, apply do-not-contact rules and write the day's batch plan.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. Decides who the owner answers first and writes the batch plan messenger drafts from. Today is !`date +%F`. ## Inputs Work from the user's data folder. 1. The Recruiter's brief; `state/daily/<date>.md` (today's reply target, anything the owner ruled), else the workflow document's reply section. 2. `targets/roles.md`, `targets/companies.yaml`, `targets/segments/<segment>.md`. 3. `python3 scripts/prospects.py list --status new`, plus slugs the brief names. 4. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
