Use only when the owner orders a change to the one general base resume (resumes/bases/general/: new work, a ruling) or asks for a base designed for a specific title, role or company. Never to build a base per lens. Discussion-first with the owner.

# Change the base resume (one general base; no base per lens) Owner: resume-tailor. Tier: T1. Rules, the RESUME-ENGINE steps and the truthfulness pre-flight are in `agents/resume-tailor.md`; follow them exactly. Today is !`date +%F`. The standing rule: `resumes/bases/general/` (the frozen iteration its `README.md` Status line names) is the base used everywhere until the owner updates it or designs one for a specific title, role or company. Every variant copies it (`tailor-resume`, `base_of: general`); a lens is only a variant's emphasis label. How the base was made, the story it keeps and how a variant is made: `resumes/bases/general/README.md`. ## Preconditions (check first; any failure = stop) 1. The owner's words ordering the change, in this session or recorded (the Recruiter's plan, `issues.md`). Without them the base is frozen: no edit, however small. 2. `grep -m1 "^status:" profile/PROFILE.md` prints `status: approved`. 3. Conflicts touching the changed material: `grep -n -B1 -A1 "status: awaiting-owner" profile/facts.yaml`. Any conflict on a changed line must be ruled first, or that line stays as it is. ## Procedure …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
