Reviews a code target by launching a panel of specialist auditor agents and merging their reports. Use when asked to run a panel review.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Panel Review
This review runs as a panel of specialists. Do NOT perform their audits yourself — each
auditor applies rules that live only in its own definition, so an inline imitation
misses them.
1. Launch BOTH specialists over the target (Task dispatches):
- `subagent_type: review-panel:naming-auditor` — prompt it with the target path and
ask for its full naming/codename audit report.
- `subagent_type: review-panel:todo-auditor` — prompt it with the target path and
ask for its full leftover-marker audit report.
2. Wait for both reports.
3. Merge: report every defect either auditor found, keeping each auditor's severity.
Add any defect you observed yourself while merging, at your own severity.Read the whole file at its exact version.
How to install
mdr add trailofbits/skills/panel-review@sha256:3c16ddddc03bf29bThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260824.1004934, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
