Author an upstream methodology-directed finding as a gated, anonymised entry in the repo's own feedback journal (operations/feedback/feedback.md, or preserved legacy operations/feedback.md) — the input door to the upstream feedback channel method/06-team-operations.md §3.2 specifies but ships no workflow for. Routes non-methodology observations away first, runs an interview, composes and shows the scrubbed wording for confirmation before writing, allocates the next FB-NNNN, and…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Transitrix Feedback Skill Turns "the methodology can't express X" (or "the tooling made Y harder than it should be") into a scrubbed, committed entry in the repo's own `operations/feedback/feedback.md` register (or the legacy single-file `operations/feedback.md` if that's what the repo carries) — without the user hand-writing the front-matter-free block, allocating the `FB-NNNN` id, or remembering the anonymisation discipline themselves. This is the **entry point** to the upstream feedback channel [`method/06-team-operations.md`](../../../method/06-team-operations.md) §3.2 specifies but ships no workflow for. This directory is the **`feedback` skill** within the `transitrix` plugin (the plugin root is [`transitrix/`](../../), which carries the shared [`.claude-plugin/plugin.json`](../../.claude-plugin/plugin.json) manifest, one `skills/<name>/` directory per skill). Invoked as `/transitrix:feedback`. Written for any coding agent that can read/write files and run shell commands, not only Claude Code. Mechanism this skill sequences (read before or during first use): [`method/06-team-operations.md`](../../../method/06-team-operations.md) §3.2 (the …

How to install
mdr add transitrix/methodology/Transitrix Feedback@sha256:21dfe5c53958f52bThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261007.aa8e844, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
