Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Transitrix ADR Skill Turns "we decided X" into a committed, `scripts/check-adl.mjs`-clean Architecture Decision Record on a PR — without the user (or the calling agent) hand-writing the front-matter, numbering the file, or working out the ratification gate themselves. This is the **entry point** to the agent-authored decision flow [`method/07-decisions.md`](../../../method/07-decisions.md) specifies (§4) but ships no workflow for. This directory is the **`adr` skill** within the `transitrix` plugin (the plugin root is [`transitrix/`](../../), which carries the shared [`.claude-plugin/plugin.json`](../../.claude-plugin/plugin.json) manifest, one `skills/<name>/` directory per skill). Invoked as `/transitrix:adr`. Written for any coding agent that can read/write files and run shell commands, not only Claude Code — same portability discipline as every other skill in this plugin. How to install
mdr add transitrix/methodology/Transitrix ADR@sha256:c1aa0ec51a40c384The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260816.66542bc, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
