Independent quality review of a ticket's deliverables. It reruns the queries and walks a tiered validation pyramid to an APPROVE or REQUEST-CHANGES verdict. Run it before shipping.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# /review The **check** step of the lifecycle. `/build` runs this at the end of every build; run it directly to re-check after a fix, for a `--deep` panel, or on someone else's ticket. An *independent* second pass over a ticket's deliverables — re-runs queries, walks a tiered validation pyramid, sweeps for anti-patterns, and returns an APPROVE / REQUEST-CHANGES verdict. Reads `.claude/config/stack.yaml`; warehouse specifics come from the resolved target's adapter `dialect_notes`, so the same review runs against any warehouse — or several, when a ticket spans more than one. Read-only: it reviews and re-runs, it does not edit code (the build owns fixes). How to install
mdr add kyle-chalmers/ticketwright/review@sha256:8c69330e3291b650The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261102.7af259e, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
