Runs comprehensive claudelint validation on all Claude Code project files. Use when user asks to "check everything", "run all validators", "full audit", "validate my entire project", or "what's wrong with my config". Validates CLAUDE.md, skills, settings, hooks, MCP servers, and plugin manifests.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Validate Claude Code Project Runs `claudelint check-all` to validate all Claude Code project files including CLAUDE.md, skills, settings, hooks, MCP servers, and plugin manifests. ## Usage ```bash claudelint check-all $ARGUMENTS ``` ## Options Available flags: - `--verbose` - Show detailed validation output - `--warnings-as-errors` - Treat warnings as errors - `--explain` - Show detailed explanations and fix suggestions - `--format <format>` - Output format: stylish, json, compact (default: stylish) - `--config <path>` - Path to custom config file - `--fast` - Fast mode: skip expensive checks - `--color` / `--no-color` - Control color output ## Examples ### Example 1: Plugin won't load after changes **User says**: "I just updated my CLAUDE.md and added a new skill, but now my plugin isn't loading" **What happens**: 1. Skill runs `claudelint check-all` 2. Finds CLAUDE.md exceeds 50KB (blocking issue) 3. Finds new skill has wrong capitalization in allowed-tools 4. How to install
mdr add pdugan20/claudelint/validate-all@sha256:dc353ae13501aac0The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.0, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
