Write or audit a PROJECT.md (what, scope, constraints, decisions) for agents; commands and conventions go in AGENTS.md. Use when creating or updating a project overview doc, or when agents keep re-proposing ruled-out work.

How to install
mdr add anilcancakir/claude-code/project-md-writer@sha256:ddf18dd546dd3171The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261101.f934ce3, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
