Write or audit an ARCHITECTURE.md for agents: boundaries, invariants with verify commands, flows and a change guide. Use when creating or updating the architecture doc, or when agent changes keep landing in the wrong place; a UI style spec is the `design-md-writer` skill.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
