Creates an entire new project from one prompt. Takes a project name plus a brief, clarifies only what would change the architecture, publishes a design artifact and re-confirms after every revision, then runs an unattended multi-agent OPM build in Claude Code's auto-accept permission mode, verifies it, and leaves the app running locally or on a device or simulator. Use when the user runs /opm:jump-start <project-name> <brief> or asks to build a whole new project from a description.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Jump-start
One prompt in, a running project out. The developer is involved at exactly
three points: the brief, the design approval loop, and the go-ahead for the
unattended build. Everything after the go-ahead runs without questions.
Invocation text is in `$ARGUMENTS`. Helper script:
`sh "${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/scripts/dev-server.sh"` (start, stop, status).
## Gates
| Gate | Passes only when |
|---|---|
| G1 Brief | Project name and a brief that answers the architecture questions, or explicit assumptions written down |
| G2 Design | The developer chose "Approve" on the latest artifact revision, not an earlier one |
| G3 Build | The developer confirmed the build plan AND said the permission mode is set |
| G4 Done | `opm:verification-before-completion` passed and the app is reachable |
Never skip a gate. Never treat silence or an implicit "sounds good" as passing one.
## Phase 0: parse and set up
1. First whitespace-separated token of `$ARGUMENTS` is the project name. Normalise it to kebab-case. Everything after it is the brief.

How to install
mdr add harshadmadaye/opm/jump-start@sha256:155fc6f1c63c5058The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261005.53e43d7, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
