Adapt nouns (hero element, environments, metaphors) to the product; keep phases, timing discipline, and technical commitments. ## How to apply it - Run **Phase 0** before any boards or style frames. - Lock **Phase 1** animatic pacing before polish; prove the **journey midpoint** first when possible. - Cross-check motion choices with **animated-video-philosophy** if both skills are installed.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
