Multica 工作区 Skill 批量同步工具。按来源清单（GitHub / ClawHub / skills.sh / 本地文件）把 skill 批量导入或更新到 Multica skill 数据库，支持 init / update / plan 三种模式。同步目标是 Multica 数据库，不是本地 `.codebuddy/skills/`。.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Multica Skill 同步工具
把一份**可维护的来源清单（`scripts/manifest.local.json`）**中的 skill，批量导入/更新到 **Multica 工作区 skill 数据库**，让"安装/更新一批 skill"变成一条命令或一个定时任务。
## 什么时候用
- 你（或 Orion / Autopilot）需要把多个 skill 从外部来源装进 Multica，且来源会更新。
- 手动逐条 `import` 易漏、易忘版本——用本 skill 按清单批量执行。
- 需要周期性刷新（每周定时）Multica 里的 skill 到最新版本。
## 核心原则（必须遵守）
1. **同步对象 = Multica skill 数据库**，不是本地 `.codebuddy/skills/` 路径。本地路径是平台下发的，改它不会让 agent 读到，还易被覆盖。
2. **本 skill 只负责"怎么做"**（逻辑/清单格式/步骤），不负责"什么时候跑"——定时由 Multica Autopilot 的 CRON 触发。
3. **来源刷新必须走 `import --on-conflict overwrite`**，不是 `multica skill update`（见下方"关键澄清"）。
4. **清单由维护者录入**：把来源 URL 写进 skill 内部的 `scripts/manifest.local.json` 再安装回 Multica。

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
