Implement one work item end to end, or every ticket of a spec in one run: scope and claim it when trackable, TDD at chosen seams, commit, review, verify, resolve it, and open a PR when asked.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Implement Implement exactly one work item per session, test-first and verified end to end. A work item is a **ticket**, a spec small enough for one session, or an agreed conversation scope. The one exception is a **spec run**, which builds every ticket of a spec in one session. **Spec runs and PR delivery** live in [`references/spec-run.md`](references/spec-run.md). Read it before step 1 when the user asks to build a whole spec (`all`, "implement all of …"), or asks for a branch, a worktree, or a PR, or asks for a change to work already delivered as a PR. Pipeline position: `wayfinder` (decide) → `to-spec` (write the spec) → `to-tickets` (break it into tickets) → **`implement` (build one ticket per session, review and verify inside)**. ## Guardrails - **Never** reset, roll back, drop, or truncate a database, or run another destructive data operation, without explicit approval. Put schema changes in new migrations; sequence live-table changes expand–contract. - Verify identifiers before using them: route names, config keys, enum values, icon names, and package APIs. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
