Configure this repo for the engineering skills: the markdown tracker layout, triage status vocabulary, and domain doc layout.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Setup Scaffold the per-repo configuration that the engineering skills assume: - **Markdown tracker**: where maps, specs, and tickets live as files under `.scratch/` - **Triage status**: the `status:` frontmatter strings used for the five canonical triage roles - **Domain docs**: where `GLOSSARY.md` and ADRs live, and the consumer rules for reading them This is a prompt-driven skill, not a deterministic script. Explore, present what you found, confirm with the user, then write. ## Process ### 1. Explore Read whatever exists; don't assume: - `AGENTS.md` / `CLAUDE.md` at the repo root: does an `## Agent skills` section already exist? - `GLOSSARY.md` at the repo root (or the old `CONTEXT.md` / `CONTEXT-MAP.md`), `docs/adr/` - `.agents/`: does this skill's prior output already exist (`domain.md`, `issue-tracker.md`, `triage-labels.md`)? These sit next to `.agents/skills/`; they are not skills. - `docs/agents/`: leftover from an older setup. If those files exist and `.agents/` does not, move them. - `.scratch/`: is the convention already in use, and at which levels? - Is the `triage` skill installed? This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
