On-demand dev-voice brainstorm: reads codebase friction signals (git churn, manifest drift, README coverage) and emits at most 2 improvement ideas, each gated by proposal-triage before becoming a PROP. Invoke when the operator asks "what should I be fixing?", "anything wrong with X?", or "brainstorm improvements". Never runs autonomously.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Domain Brainstorm ## Kill criteria (read before running) After ≥8 invocations, check the `capability-brainstorm` segment of core's proposal metrics: run `.hermit/bin/hermitd-run proposal metrics .hermit --source=capability-brainstorm` (the project-resident `bin/hermitd-run` resolves core's plugin root, which a path relative to this plugin can't reach). When its `status` is `kill`, treat it as a class-level signal that brainstorm output is noisy and raise it with the operator, naming the `kill_reasons` with their `triage_survival_pct` and `acceptance_pct`. The segment is shared with core's `capability-brainstorm` and the other domain brainstorm skills, so it cannot by itself say which skill to cut. ### Gate 0 — Gather inputs Read these in parallel — all are cheap working-tree reads. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
