Lists all proposals with their status, source, and age. Shows auto-detected proposals prominently. Activates on messages like "what have you noticed", "any improvements", "any proposals", "show proposals".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Proposal List
Lists all proposals with status, source, and age. Auto-detected proposals (from the learning loop) are listed first.
## Step 0 — Channel reply
If this skill was invoked from a channel-arrived message (the inbound prompt contains a `<channel source="...">` tag), reply via that channel's reply tool and render as **Suggestion cards** (§4a) instead of the table (§4). Otherwise emit the table to conversation as usual.

Rebuild the index:

Then read `.hermit/state/proposals-index.json` — a derived cache of every proposal's frontmatter (`id`, `status`, `source`, `category`, `title`, `created`, `session`, `responded`, plus an `unparseable` flag), refreshed on every proposal write by the `generate-summary` PostToolUse hook. **(fresh read — re-read the file now; do not reuse a value cached in context from before compaction.)**

How to install
mdr add gtapps/claude-code-hermit/proposal-list@sha256:3e11524a75c7a0c8The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261016.2dc0bc6, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
