Set up, audit or repair a project for an OpenRig build team on this machine the correct way: repo + starter kit, workspace (project.yaml, missions, slices), rig, worktrees, wave maps, queue tagging and the seat skills. Use when starting a new project or rig, adding a project, when a rig looks idle or its TUI Project view is empty/wrong, when waves or missions seem missing, or before dispatching builders wide.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

Idempotent: re-run it to repair. `--dry-run` shows the plan. **Existing repo** (commits + origin): adopted as is, and its trunk (origin/HEAD, e.g. `master`) is used for worktrees, seat context and PRs. The kit goes to `<P>-work/starter-kit/` (adopting it is the lead's first slice, by PR). The repo's own GitHub protection or ruleset is kept. `.env.local` is linked into each seat. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
